Born and raised in The Woodlands, Brandon Edmonds is a fourth-generation real estate professional with deep expertise in large-scale industrial development. With a Master’s in Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a background working on major industrial projects across Texas, Brandon brings a developer’s mindset and strategic vision to every transaction.
Before joining Edmonds and Company, he was involved in the development of millions of square feet of industrial product—overseeing site selection, entitlements, design, and execution. His experience provides clients with a unique advantage, especially when navigating complex land and industrial deals.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys working in the garage, exercising, or exploring new places with his wife.
