Nick Minkoff is a real estate professional specializing in commercial land brokerage across the Greater Houston area, with experience spanning from dense infill transactions to larger suburban tracts. At Edmonds & Company, Nick focuses on sourcing new land opportunities for a wide range of developer clients and representing landowners of all types in the marketing and sale of properties. 

A proud native Houstonian, Nick is passionate about contributing to the region’s continued growth and development. Nick places a strong emphasis on building strong, long-term relationships with both landowner and developer, leveraging his market insight and experience to help clients achieve their goals. Beyond traditional brokerage, Nick takes a hands-on approach to creating value for clients by working through site challenges such as drainage, utilities, and entitlements to ensure a clear path to development.

Before joining Edmonds & Company in 2025, Nick spent more than four years in land brokerage throughout the Greater Houston area. He is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Rawls College of Business.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling with his family, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and spending time outdoors.
