Todd N. Edmonds has used his 35 plus years of specialization in the acquistion and sale of commercial real estate in the Houston area to assist clients in their real estate decision making and problem solving processes.
Todd began his real estate career when he joined his grandfather's firm - Edmonds & Company - in the late 1980's as a researcher. He then became an associate real estate appraiser working on his real estate designations. Throughout his career Todd has worked on some of the area's largest real estate portfolios and most complex land transactions working directly with families, corporations, developers, investors, lenders and institutions.
Todd is considered among the top commercial real estate experts in the Houston area as he has consistently been among the "Top Producers", "Everest Club", and Houston Business Journal's "Heavy Hitters" since 1999. After 20 years of leading and growing Colliers regional Woodlands office, Todd has circled back to his Edmonds & Company roots. Driven to serve and help others, he is most proud to see his sons successfully launch their professional real estate careers in Houston.
Todd is active in various Houston area real estate and business organizations as he is the former president of The Houston Realty Business Club (www.HRBC.org), as well as Houston Chapter of SIOR among aothers. Through his experience and expertise, he has and continues to mentor many aspiring real estate professionals.
